Salesforce and this assistant

The same applications desk, on your own site and your own records

This page shows the assistant doing the first hour of an applications engineer's job: narrowing a specification from published data, capturing the result as a structured enquiry rather than a wall of prose, and reading a signed-in customer's open enquiries back. On a real site that enquiry becomes a record in your CRM.

1. Point the assistant at your site so your datasheets, range pages and lead times become the answers it gives, as published content rather than a re-typed copy. 2. Expose the enquiry book as a small MCP server: a lookup by reference and email, and a read that only ever answers for the signed-in person. 3. Give the enquiry tool an action card so a technical specification is captured in one structured form, not reconstructed from a paragraph. 4. Wire the identity hand-off so a signed-in customer is recognised and their own enquiries answer without them typing an address. 5. Register the page's actions over WebMCP so the assistant can bring the right instrument family into view while it explains it.
